Philly Joe Swendoza, the Ambassador of Cool and everything Art in San Diego, is the co-host of Art Rocks! Internet Radio. He's starting a new segment on the program entitled "Raging Art Bull". It is an opportunity to cut the crap and speak out on a number of topics that concern San Diego's larger and multidisciplinary artistic community. Members from this community will be invited to come on the show and address for example, the role of non-profit art organizations today - who do they benefit? The organization itself? The artist?
